When you run a visibility scan or use our platform, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your business name
• Your email address
• The founder's or owner's name
• Your social media handles
• Your website address
• Your WhatsApp number
• The results generated from your visibility scan

We only collect what you give us. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we do not collect more than we need to deliver your scan and follow up with you.

We use your information to:

• Run your visibility scan and generate your results
• Send your results and report to your email
• Contact you by WhatsApp or email about your scan, your results, and related services
• Improve the platform and the accuracy of our scoring
• Process payments if you upgrade to a paid plan

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Paystack handles your payment information under its own privacy and security terms. Please review Paystack's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

5. Third parties who help us run the service

To deliver VisibilityPilot, we work with trusted third-party services that may process some of your information on our behalf. These currently include:

• Paystack, for processing payments
• Tavily, which supports the search and data processing behind your visibility scan
• Base44, the platform on which VisibilityPilot is built and which supports our communications

As we grow and improve the platform, we may add other service providers, such as analytics tools or email delivery services. Where we do, we will require them to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we set. We will update this policy to reflect any significant changes.

6. How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No system online is completely immune to risk, but we work to safeguard the data you trust us with.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services to you and to follow up about your scan and results. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Your rights

Under the NDPA, you have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw your consent to us contacting you
