1. What VisibilityPilot does

VisibilityPilot is a visibility intelligence tool. It scans your business across five pillars: Discoverability, Credibility, Authority, Amplification, and Convertibility, and gives you a score and insights based on the information available about your business online at the time of the scan.

Our scores and reports are intended to guide and inform you. They are an assessment, not a guarantee. We do not promise any specific business result, sales increase, or outcome from using the platform or acting on our recommendations.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use VisibilityPilot. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

3. Your account and information

When you run a scan or sign up, you provide certain information about your business. You are responsible for making sure that information is correct. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your access details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Free scans and paid plans

VisibilityPilot offers a free visibility scan. We also offer paid plans that unlock additional features, including your full intervention plan, strategy blueprint, and other premium tools.

Where a free trial is offered, your paid subscription may begin automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Please check the plan details at the point of payment so you understand what you are agreeing to.

5. Payments and billing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us, through Paystack, to charge the applicable fee for your chosen plan.

Subscription fees are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. Prices may change, and where they do, we will give you notice before the change applies to you.

6. Refunds

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at chioma@surthrivemedia.com and we will review your request. Any specific refund terms stated at the point of purchase will apply.

7. Acceptable use

When using VisibilityPilot, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Enter information that is false, or that belongs to a business you do not have the right to represent
• Attempt to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform or its scoring system
• Interfere with the platform's security or normal operation
• Use automated tools to access the platform in a way that disrupts it

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

8. Our intellectual property

The VisibilityPilot platform, its name, its scoring framework, the five pillars, the reports, and all related content belong to SurThrive Media. You may use your own scan results for your business, but you may not copy or reuse our framework, content, or materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Your content

The information you enter remains yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it to run your scan, generate your results, and provide our services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

VisibilityPilot is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to make our scans accurate and useful, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or that the results will be complete or perfectly accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurThrive Media will not be liable for any loss, damage, or missed business opportunity arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform or its results. Decisions you make for your business based on our reports are your own.

11. Third-party services

VisibilityPilot relies on trusted third-party services to operate, including Paystack and others described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of those third parties, though we choose them carefully.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our platform grows or as the law requires. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from your use of VisibilityPilot will be handled under Nigerian law.
